Blake Hurst

Blake started attending Dallas Valley Ranch Camp when he was 8. He came to Christ at camp and continued as a camper till he graduated. After Blake graduated high school in 2015, he joined as a summer missionary to share his love for the Lord with kids. Blake then joined as a seasonal missionary in the fall and springs between serving in the summer. In 2017, he became a full time missionary at Dallas Valley as the custodian, serving until fall 2020 when he went away to Bible school. After Bible schoo,l Blake did an electrician apprenticeship, getting his second level in a desire to grow his skills to better serve in ministry. In 2024, Blake jumped on the opportunity to return to Dallas Valley and serve as a full time missionary again as the food service assistant growing skills with food and teamwork. In 2026, Blake moved to serve as the facilities assistant on the maintenance team. Blake is always encouraged by how God challenges him in his various roles at camp and loves to see kids get started on the relationship with Christ that he started at camp.
