Melody Lippert

Hi, I’m Melody. Monarch has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started as a camper, spent about 10 years on summer staff, served three years as Director of Discipleship alongside Teresa Ward, and later became a board member. I’m thrilled that, in the Lord’s perfect timing, I’ve returned to Monarch as one of the camp directors—camp holds a very special place in my heart. I love how camp creates space for campers and staff to encounter Jesus face to face. My favorite parts of camp are building relationships with campers and staff and singing all the camp songs. Outside of camp, you'll find me chasing after my own four kids (Lucy, Joel, Grace, & Nathan) while keeping up with my husband’s (Seth) busy work schedule and the daily rhythm of family life. I’m also a social worker who provides attachment-based parent counselling in private practice. My personal and professional roles have all served to deepen my love for people and grow my passion for sharing the good news of Jesus. I love getting to tell and show kids how much Jesus values them and that they were created for His good purposes.
