Rachele O'Kill

Hello! My name is Rachele O'Kill and I'm the Assistant Director at Camp Livingstone. My husband and I have been married since the Spring of 2021 and he serves as the youth pastor at our local church. I've served in my local church's children's church, in the youth ministry since 2019 as a youth leader, and lead the decor team for our church's VBS. My main ministry passion centres around supporting front-line volunteers, workers, and leaders by giving them the appropriate encouragement, training, and resources they need. Throughout my childhood and teen years, I've grown a deep love and appreciation for camp ministry as a camper and cabin counsellor myself. After my husband was the guest speaker at Camp Livingstone's family camp, God made clear the doors He was opening and closing in my life. He guided me to discuss the ministry needs of Camp Livingstone with Martin and Jacquie and here I am now deep into helping One Hope Canada and Camp Livingstone year-round! Ultimately, I want God to be glorified, the message of the Gospel to be preached, and for people to understand who Jesus is and what He has done for us. I can do all of that by serving, supporting, and caring for the people serving Him on the front-lines here through camp ministry.
