Todd & Niki Falconer

Todd and Niki joined the Dallas Valley Ranch Camp team in the winter of 2023. They come as a team from two different backgrounds and bring different skills to their new role of executive director. Niki has been a classroom teacher for 20 years and spent almost every summer of her life at camp serving in roles as LIT and cabin leader, camp speaker and Dallas Valley Camp Board. Todd’s relationship with camp started as a kid in Ontario where he gave his heart to Jesus and worked as a cabin leader as a young adult. Todd and Niki met at Briercrest where Todd graduated with a degree in youth ministry. Hearing the call into full-time camp ministry in the winter of 2023, Niki stepped away from teaching and Todd left his 27-year career in sales to become the executive director team at Dallas Valley. They have the privilege of serving alongside their three children - Cade, Marika and Asja - in various roles around camp.
