Mark’s love for camp ministry began early, spending summers as a camper and on the summer team at Dauphin Bible Camp in Manitoba. He brings a strong background in helping teams clarify vision, shaping the strategy to carry it out, and building practical systems that keep ministry operations running smoothly and focused on their mission.
Over the years, Mark has led teams across a variety of youth, housing, and outreach ministries. He cares deeply about encouraging leaders, solving real-world challenges, and making sure frontline teams have the care and resources they need to thrive.
Mark and Sherridan live in Brandon, Manitoba, and are the proud parents of a wonderful daughter.
