Our “cabins” are dorm rooms: six rooms each of the two floors. This is where we hold cabin time, a time to memorize scripture, review the chapel lessons and ask and answer questions regarding Jesus, the Bible, and the Christian faith. The boys also like to hoverboard up and down the hall until the girls who stay in the floor below us complain!

She had never seen a Bible and, until we told her, didn’t know what a verse was. A few days into camp, she was hugging her new Bible to her chest, reading passages the chapel speaker had marked for her, and asking many questions. She said it was the best camp and best summer because here, the leaders really cared.
