Camper Story

One of our campers comes from a difficult home life. Mom is an addict, and when the camper was six, they found their brother dead, due to suicide. At the end of the week, the camper came to us, unprompted, to say thank you. Leaders were nearly crying as the camper shared how this was the happiest they had felt in a long time.
