Camper Story

This was Kabir's first time at camp, and he often struggles with night terrors. He continued to have night terrors during the week. However, God had placed him together with a cabin leader who also had night terrors as a child. The cabin leader began to pray for the child while he was struggling at night. The cabin leader shared how he could visibly see darkness leaving as the child calmed down. At the closing campfire, the camper shared how he believed in God and the power of prayer through these moments. He did not struggle with night terrors the rest of the week.
