Camper Story

Jaxon came from a single parent home where his grandmother is the primary caregiver due to mom's health challenges. After camp, mom called to find out about churches or youth groups in the area. Jaxon had never before made it through a week of camp, until he came to Camp Silversides. However, his mom said that after his week at camp, Jaxon was asking about church and reading his Bible every day. "I don't know why he made it through your camp," she said, "but he loves it and there is something different about it that he just loves." We know the answer to that is Jesus!
