Camper Story

Several years ago, Kathleen, 39, hurt her ankle and was on crutches during camp. She remembers that during a wilderness “hobble,” she sat down to take a rest and sat in tree sap! Her leader spent the rest of the camp trying to get the sap out of her pants. Following camp, Kathleen and her leader met at Tim Hortons for coffee to keep in touch. She now shows God's love to other campers who are new to camp Amasa! Kathleen recently received her 15-year attendance ribbon. It is a blessing to see Christ at work in these very special campers!
